Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in server logs, which is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry (for example part numbers and quantities) to answer you and to prepare quotes and orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in answering business enquiries).
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). If you choose WhatsApp, Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that channel. Email works just as well if you prefer not to use it.
Orders and invoices
For orders we process the data needed to deliver, invoice and comply with tax, accounting, sanctions and export-control obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Couriers receive the delivery details they need. Our external accountant receives invoice data. Purchases through eBay or Amazon are also governed by those platforms' privacy policies.
How long we keep data
Accounting records and invoices are kept for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law (currently up to 10 years). Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than two years after our last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@paciscor.eu. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
